New education requirements will become effective March 1, 2021. You must complete these courses and file your inspector application with the Texas Real Estate Commission by June 30, 2021 to receive credit for these courses towards your inspector license. Education submitted under Section 535.212 will only be accepted to satisfy the requirements for licensure if started before March 1, 2021 and must be completed and submitted in conjunction with a real estate inspector or professional inspector application filed by June 30, 2021. Effective March 1, 2021, qualifying courses (Modules) as described in Section 535.213(g) thru (i) of TREC Rules will be required.

ALL Inspector Classes are in process of updates and being updated to be in compliance and new rules provided by TREC as noted on TREC website or MARCH 1st there are no more enrollments for Apprentices, Real Estate or Professional Inspectors.  All previous and existing TREC Real Estate and Pro Inspector students must be completed no later than June 30 2021 and submit application by June 30, 2021 as all courses TREC Inspector courses expiring by June 30th 2021.
